This isn't just a "free trial." It's a full coaching session.
Most gyms hand you a key card and wish you luck. Your first visit here comes with everything you need to start strong.
-
A 50-minute coach-led group class
Strength training with the perfect dose of cardio, with a coach watching your form on every move and scaling each exercise to you.
-
A one-on-one phone consult
When we call to book your class, your coach asks what you want: strength, energy, weight loss, or just feeling good again. Your first workout is built around it.
No surprises. Here's exactly how your first visit goes.
-

-
Decide what's next
After class, your coach talks you through how it went. If you'd like to keep training with us, we'll show you the options. No hard sell, ever.
We're a great fit for most people. Not everyone.
We'd rather be honest up front than waste your time.
This is for you if…
- You're new to training, or coming back after a long break.
- You want to get stronger, have more energy, and feel good in your body.
- You're busy and want a plan that works in 3 to 4 classes a week.
- You've bought gym memberships before and stopped going.
- You'd like a coach who knows your name and notices when you're missing.
It's probably not for you if…
- You just want the cheapest 24/7 access to equipment.
- You'd rather train alone with headphones and no one checking in.
- You're looking for a 30-day miracle or a crash diet.
- You're not willing to show up consistently. We'll do the rest.
Real people. Real starting points.
Revolve truly sets itself apart. The atmosphere alone makes it special—its unique design, dark lighting, and loud, energizing music create an experience that’s actually fun. You almost forget you’re even working out.
The coaches are motivating, the workouts are effective, and the environment keeps you coming back. If you’re looking for something different that makes fitness enjoyable, Revolve is it.

This has definitely become one of my favorite workout studios. I am currently in my postpartum weight loss journey and staying consistent and motivated has been my biggest obstacle and Revolve truly does keep you coming back for more. I am a huge ambience girl and the darkroom with music really motivates you to push through each workout.

After multiple injuries and a terrible recovery from knee surgery, I felt like I’d never be able to work out again. I started Revolve in August wearing a knee brace and could barely get off the ground without holding on to something. After consistently attending classes, I can now squat with weights and do most of the movements — no more knee brace.
The best part is that I never once felt out of place while modifying workouts to meet my needs as I regained strength and mobility. Everyone is kind, supportive, and welcoming. I’ve also lost 24 lbs!

All the staff are amazing!!!! Shout out to Shelby for always delivering an awesome and motivating experience! And Tyler is so accommodating, thank you for all your support. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first started but this is the only class I love coming to consistently. As Tyler said just show up for yourself and you'll be surprised at what you can surpass! Thank you so much Revolve for giving me a new lease on life!!!!

Worried about something? Good. Let's talk about it.
I'm really out of shape. Will I be able to keep up?
Yes. There's no "keeping up" here. Every exercise has an easier and harder version, and your coach picks the right one for you. Most of our members started out exactly where you are now.
Gyms intimidate me. What if I don't know what I'm doing?
You're not supposed to know yet. That's our job. Your coach meets you at the door, shows you around, and demonstrates every movement before you try it. Classes are friendly and welcoming, with no show-offs and no one watching you.
How much time do I need to commit?
About 3 hours a week: 3 to 4 classes of 50 minutes each. Classes run early morning, mid-morning, afternoon and evening, so it fits around work and family.
I have an old injury. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Tell your coach during your phone consult and they'll adapt or swap any movement that doesn't suit you. If you're under a doctor's care, check with them first.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle. We provide all the equipment, plus somewhere to keep your things.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. We'd rather you try it and see for yourself than sign up for something you're not sure about. No credit card, no long-term contract.
Your first workout is on us.
Tell us where to reach you and we'll find a time that works. It takes about 20 seconds.
